State of the Nation Address of his excellency Rodrigo Roa Duterte  president of the philippines to the Congress of the Philippines.

Historically, the third Monday of July is set up for the president of the   Philippines President Rodrigo Roa Duterte,  he deliver a speech of his achievement and his plans for the next few months of his tenure. it has also become a carnival of sorts in the last few year for fashion maven. State of the Nation Address ( SONA) 2018  broke tradition of highlighting the previous year achievement both rather  than iron-first leader addressed as a ' father of the filipinos" and focused on desire for fake and meaningful change for the people. Duterte said his settle is move on human lives and not human rights. " Illegal Drug wasted away lives dyfunctional families and run relationship"

President duterte also said this he highlighted  that the ware from illegal drugs is far from and over will not be sidelined rather it will be as  determined and better. in another rare move, proceeded outside the batasan complex tom talk to left wing protester.
