National Nutrition Month is just around the corner are you ready for it? Lets focus about Nutrition Month Theme. The Nutrition Month theme 2018 aim to improve the healthy food consumption of filipinos, food security or to be self-sufficient as possible with backyard gardening. Having an our food gardens can help improve the family as well as the community. If we plant a fruits or vegetables they will help in our body specially in our part of our body needs that fruits or vegetables. If you can have a plenty of vegetables or fruits cops, you can even sell some of the to earn additional  income for our family. Always remember that this year nutrition month central theme surrounds on the idea of family food gardening. The Dep-Ed  or Department of Education is look for to release an weeks pertains to this. Generally,schools arrange various activities and events in our schools connected to the nutrition month involve essay writing, nutri-jingle, food fest, quiz bee, as well as slogan making contest and soon and so far. As a president, it is your responsibility to protect the universal rights and freedom of all Filipinos. In the last election, you won overwhelmingly over you arrivals. Being a president of our country must be really stressful for you. Mr. President, if you would allow us, may i offer a solution to you hair loss problem, and its absolutely free. Mr. President, let me be candid and honest in saying this Rodrigo Roa Duterte is both good and bad  as a leader of Filipino people. You are definitely better than the previous Philippines Presidents in the matter of decisive actions and possessing political. I will hope you will get to read this open letter words and hearts and that may noble intentions would somehow merit your kind consideration and understanding.

Independence Day

   All of us had experience the Philippine Independence. So we celebrate independence day month of June and exactly date is June 12,1898. All of us should respect our flag. Attending the flag racing ceremony is one of the ways of showing respect to our flag. And always need to attend the flag racing ceremony. you need to attend the standing longer just to wait until the national anthem be done.

   It was June 12,1898 when Philippines first president, general Emilio Aguinaldo declared independence from Spain. The three stars represent the places of Luzon, Panay , and Mindanao . The real place where the flag were raise is in Alapan Imus Cavite 

   The Philippines's Independence  Day is a national holiday so government offices are closed. There are absolutely no classes in all schools. May business establishing are closed except shopping centers.
